talking about my milk supply

This is what am currently working at in order to boost up my supply. Tak jadi on pil asi after i read out the labels..ntahla cam tak confident plak ngan asi tu.

As such after thorough reading in the bf forum, i decided to try out red dates, black dates and dried longan. Semalam beli kat stall Hai-O, terus masak ptg tu jugak. But as of now am yet to see any improvement...sabar sabar ......



On top of that, am going for the second alternative, that is lobak putih. Struggle pegi kedai runcit tadi beli bahan2 nak masak sup hehe. Baru habis masak ni, tgh tunggu nasi sejuk sket. This used to be my compulsory menu during confinement.

And these are my not-so-handsome-anymore stocks that i rambled about.
Sedey kan bila tgh banyak ruang kosong?
My rough calculation is about 300++ oz..which could only last for about a month.
Serius red alert nih!
And to make up my sad feeling, we bought nestle ice-cream chocolate heaven just to cheer up my day....lama dah tak simpan benda merapu dlm freezer :p

    depends bape byk baby minum la kak.
    Cam firas, sehari about 26-28oz...unlike dedulu dlm 15oz jek...siap terpaksa buang stock dulu. skang ni plak mmg tak dpt saye nak catch up huhuhu

    mesti bleh catch up punya lps ni lps mkn lobak putih..tak try fenugreek ?

    saya pun even though anak dah dekat 10 bulan dah makan bagi tapi susu tetap at least 24oz

    zuedin - kelmarin dulu tetiba dia minum 33.5oz...terkujat akak waaaaa!!!

    farra - aku takdok ayam ikan pasal tak masak. Hatta weekend pon outing jln2 carik makan akakaka sbb tu duit habis :p Aku dulu contemplating gak nk beli freezer baru, sbb terpaksa buang stock, mujur tak beli sbb stok dah tak sehebat maner....

    weh yati..byk mcm ni ko kata tak cukup..ko tau tak dlm freezer aku ada 7 pax jek skang ni..about 1 oz jek..tapi betterlah dr dulu langsung takde stok.

    pasni aku nak pegi cari lobak putih pulak lah.
