Biskut Quaker Oats (resepi Mak)
6 cwn oats (saya guna 4 cwn jer)
3 cwn butter
1 3/4 cwn gula halus
1 TBS baking powder - sifted
2 biji telur kuning
2 cwn tepung - sifted
1/2 cwn tepung jagung - sifted
2 cwn dessicated coconut
1 tsp esen vanilla
cream butter & sugar. add eggs & vanilla. add in baking powder, flour, corn flour. Mix with oats & coconut. Lenyekkan dough to 1/4 inch and terap. Sprinkle with choc rice/chips/manik, anything to your likings on top. Bake 180 celcius for 20-25 minutes.
* Kali ni ntah kenapa adunan saya terlembik...maybe tersalah sukat kot sbb mamai. Oats pulak ade 2 cwn je, so apa saya buat...saya tambah tepung jagung, tepung..lebihkan dessicated coconut and tambah nestum. Hasil dia....sedap & bertambah rangup!! Mungkin sbb ada extra tepung jagung tuh la :) So tips dia, kalau adunan anda terlembut, tambah tepung jagung & bhn2 kering tu ok!

thaw sotong/ayam etc kan awal gile let say pagi be4 keje..so kalau santan ko takyah thaw, ko campak je ketul ais masuk periuk
