Overall, i satisfied with everything it has to offer, except that they're running out of 'daun kaduk' adusss it is that difficult to keep up a reasonable stock of daun kaduk in your kitchen??? But anyway since the waiter is good enough to replace it with salads (kakak2 yg kepoh mintak foc ok, kesian adik waiter itew!) i have no further complaint full stop.

the best tomyam i've ever taste, it comes with coconut milk (or maybe fresh milk), rasa complete n perfect. cukup masam, pedas, manis, masin, everything well-blended n mixed.

we asked for kerabu mangga, tapi it wasnt offered in the menu. so here we go mango salad instead. Sedap!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of one of your staff members, Suwit, and the supervisor on duty during our visit today at your outlet in Bangsar Village.
As long-time patrons of your establishment—having frequented various locations in Bangsar over the past 13 to 15 years—my wife and I have always appreciated the quality of service and the dining experience your restaurant has provided. However, our recent experience has left us deeply disappointed and frustrated.
Today, my wife made a simple request for a small bowl of steamed fish lemon soup to accompany the dishes we ordered. This is a request we have made before and was honored following a previous complaint. Given our loyalty to your restaurant, I do not believe that accommodating such a reasonable request would have a significant impact on your revenue, nor should it be met with any resistance.
To my dismay, the staff member, Suwit, displayed a dismissive attitude toward our request, which was further exacerbated by the supervisor's lack of professionalism and courtesy in handling the situation. As a loyal customer, I find it deeply troubling that a minor request, which has been fulfilled in the past, was treated with such disregard. This type of service not only diminishes the customer experience but also tarnishes the reputation of your establishment.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address the conduct of your staff accordingly. We hope that future visits to your restaurant will reflect the high standards we have come to expect and appreciate over the years.
