Choc moist cup cakes

It's been like ages since the last time i do cup cakes.. be it for order or for the kids. Making cup cakes are always fun. You've got to play with the cream, experiment with different color combination, try out different nozzle tips, etc. Frankly the grass nozzle tip is my all-time favourite. Super-like the grassy effect that came out of the tip after each of the piping.Sangat cantiks! But now i think i've started to love the roses effect ever since i knew how to make roses from buttercream or cream cheese. Macam addicted nak buat roses bley? :p

Anyway this is choc moist cup cakes with strawberry buttercream ordered by Aida for her kiddos. 3 in 1 gitu..jimat kan ibu? hihi

Roses adalah wajib buat yatipruzz pada masa kini...wait until i know how to make other pattern, then only i'll knock off the roses and replace with something more beautiful and please to the eyes :)

Blue pink theme as requested by the owner. Rasanya sebab ada combination anak lelaki dan perempuan betul tak beb? Enjoy the cups..hopefully the kids love it!

I think i've mentioned previously that i'm not a buttercream fan, hence on normal circumstances i would choose cream cheese above anything. But this time i decided to go for chocolate ganache as the topping, knowing that Firas is always a choc-addict! By the way originally and as planned i've whipped up the cake batter for Aida's order. But the chocolate aroma is too good to just ignore that me and idlan without hesitation immediately decided to just eat them and get the mixer to work for another round of batter for Aida's. Teruk betul kan! So 1 full tray of choc moist cup cakes now available to cater for our sweet tooth over the weekend yumsss :) Firas had 3 cups alone this night while idlan had 3-4 cups as well. Mmg worth the time n effort spent in the kitchen dont u all agree? :)

Last but not least, guess what is this? it was so beautiful n enticing isn't it? this is durian crepe..or some ppl refers as pancake. One of my favourite which i always have this at the Sweet Chat cafe. But this one was made by a neighbour next door i.e. Kak Zie. Sgt sedap ok...and murah plak tu :) I had this for dinner for 2 consecutive nights already! it's cold, creamy and not too sweet..just nice n perfect for my tastebud! sape nk order can roger me..nnt ai tolong bwk pegi ofis ok!

Tomorrow is Friday and the kids must've jump to the joy for its the last day of school for this year. How time flies huh! Cepatnya dah tua hukhuk
