Calx: Orait for this one, we're still coordinating the docket...dkt already dispatched but still not assign to any popd.
Customer: Haiyaaa how come still not assign? it's already been 2 hrs but still no one attending my dkt.
Calx: Very sorila Mr x...but u know that our agreement for restoration is 4 hrs rite?
Customer: I knowla 4 hrs..but i reported this one early in the morning maa..how come still havent checking?
Calx: Ok let us put this way...i'll call u once we know the latest update for this dkt...
Customer: Cannot be like this la Yati..u've got to push ur people la...telekom got many staff how come 2 hrs already still havent assign anyone??
Calx: ala we assign base on first come first serve basis la Mr x...u said u reported this morning...other customer also reported early in the morning...have to queue la...(dah tensi dah nihhh..grrrrr)

Calx: Ala Mr x still havent assign la....nevermind la u wait ok...i'll call u once we know the popd attending this dkt.

hmm...inilah rutin hidup sebagai call center agent...ada masa dpt customer yg ok..ada masa dpt yg hampeh..tapi scene 2 tu tadela teruk sgt lagik..ade yg lagik teruk darik tuh tapi tak dapat nak citer kat korang la..sensored..hehe kang heboh satu TM glamer 1090 plak nanti....
