Nasi Arab - the healthy version!

Simply bec it doesnt contain minyak sapi kuikui. The verdict? Sedap but of course it wasnt as delish as the one wth loads of minyak sapi.


Resepi taken from Farra's blog. Altered here n there since i dun hv some of the ingredients at home. No beras basmathi (sub wth normal rice sajer), no lemon (sub wth asam limau), no rempah khabsa (i use rempah kerutuk instead). Overall ok..cuma nx time i need to add more salt for the marinated chicken. Kurang masin ler pulakk hoho
