This yer Ramadhan was the worst for me so far.
1st day got migraine, my body ached all over, felt so dehydrated that i felt like collapse whenever i stand for few minutes. Hence an EL for me then. But still i cooked for the family, ayam black pepper & a simple sup sayur, also kek batik as dessert :)
2nd day way much better, i felt energetic the whole day, probably bcoz i drank a lot during the iftar and sahur. Our menu - cencaru sumbat cili, telur dadar & sayur masak lemak.
3rd day was the worst. If not because of carpool with two other colleagues, i would have gone back way earlier. Migraine giler, rasa nak muntah, loya..everything! After iftar zaaassss pengsan sampai ke 430am, baru bgn solat isyak n prepare for sahur. Terus miss terawikh for that night huhu.
4th day - i am taking EL today!! Hubby's bike was sent to a workshop, TNB is doing power maintenance at the kids' taska hence no power for 4 hours, and i just need to have a break. So here i am jotting down some notes after managed to put the kids into sleep hihi. Will be cooking either paprik or tomyam and cream caramel for today's iftar insya Allah....
I never thought puasa while bf is as tough as this. Some people are doing just fine, unlike myself yg asyikla migraine huhu. In fact i was wayyyy much better last year, fasting the whole month while carrying ammar from 33-37 weeks. No EL, no migraine, and i cooked almost everyday without fail.
So i take it as dugaan for this year...and will try my best to puasa in full despite sakit yg datang tu insya Allah.
