1. We were supposed to continue our laman project this morning when hubby suddenly got a 'simple back sprain' attack (as what the ortho terms it) while he was about to carry our old bicycle into the car boot for the purpose of 'BOS'. This is his 3rd/4th attack for the yr, and all he can do was just laying down as the pain is severe and hardly bearable. I coax him to go and see an orthopaedic at An Nur, and syukur the result was not a slip disc. My staffs thought i was at the hospital preparing for labor haha...blom lagi ok...saya masih sihat and the time is just not yet!
2. Received a dividend cheque (interim) for TM's share today. Alhamdulillah for it still maintain as one of the companies paying high dividend rate to its shareholders. Berbaloi simpan lama-lama :p
3. Bought a bengkung (RM40) from Mum's Dream shop just now after our visit to An Nur. It's the one yg kena lilit2 tuh but still simpler than the long bengkung jawa yg 10mtr tu. Now that i have 3 bengkung(s) in hand, satu yg jawa style, satu bengkung moden (courtesy from Semah) and this new one, hopefully perut cepat kempis hihi

selesai
Usai sudah majlis jamuan raya TS malam tadi. Seawal jam 6pm kami sudah mula menyusun kerusi, meja, kain alas & sebagainya. Majlis bermula jam 8.30pm, dan berakhir hampir ke jam 1am. Tapi pukul 12am aku dah chow, kalau tidak selagi tu Idlan & Firas taknak balik rumah :p Hujan turun renyai2 pada awal majlis, tapi itu tak membataskan kekanak berlari ke sana sini, dan bermain mercun & bunga api. Jenuh juga nak mengawal depa semua. Keluar masuk main dalam rumah jiran dan sebagainya. Apa2 pun alhamdulillah semuanya lancar, makanan byk juga yg lebih, jadi kami semua dapatla tapau serba sedikit. Menu malam itu - sate, rendang ayam, nasi himpit, ketupat pulut, sambal kelapa, lontong, mihun goreng, kuih muih, kek dan tembikai sebagai dessert.

Jamuan Hari Raya TS

Tak sabar nak berkumpul dgn jiran tetangga, yang pasti kids sure hepi sakan!
Beberapa biji khemah berwarna ungu sudah siap dipasang di hadapan rumah kami.
Pasti meriah!
Wahh nampak gayanya mama masih ada rezeki nak join jamuan raya malam ni :)))Salam, jamuan hari raya lorong 2/2 bakal diadakan pada mlm esok 24hb jumaat jam 8.30 selepas solat isyak. di harap yg berkenaan dpt menghadirkan diri bagi menjayakan majlis buat julung kalinya. Anda dikehendaki berpakaian lengkap, mengikut tema hari raya. Berbaju melayu, dan baju kurung (opps i have issue on
this part :p). Di alu2kan setiap satu isi rumah membawa 1 jenis kuih raya.

mixed feeling
The thought of separating bed with Firas when this lil baby is out truly makes me sad.
Especially when i look at his serene, cutie face lying down next to me every night, deep in slumber. He's just 2 years and soon will become a big brother. Pity him isn't it?
I don't feel the same during Idlan's time, since he has enjoyed all the care and attention by the two of us for nearly 4 years before Firas entered into our lives.
Really hope the two of them will enjoy the presence of this lil baby, and that they appreciate and love each other unconditionally :)

Kami berdua menarik nafas panjang selepas sesi membentangkan budget keluarga 2011 selesai.
Banyaknya kos belanja yg perlu ditambah tahun depan.

Groceries (kena tambah sbb pampers adik baby)
Nampak cuma 7 new line items tapi dia punya $$ tu byk!
Yang bertambah banyak, yang berkurang sudah tentu savings bulanan kami berdua :p
Kata mak, bab kos education anak2 jangan berkira..insya Allah adalah balasannya nanti (yer kata2 mak tu sedikit sebyk mengubat poket kami yg lara ni hehe). Bila dilihat, majoriti expenses jatuh pada anak sulung kami. Yes how time flies, lahir tahun 2004, tahun depan tup tup si bujang ni dah nak masuk darjah 1...besar dah anak mama ni :)

Holiday pun ntah2 tak boleh nak terbang jauh2 tahun depan.

Betul la orang kata bila akhir tahun pasti keadaan poket agak sesak.
Macam kami, time2 ni la insurans kereta & roadtax perlu direnew, ditambah dgn major service utk En Matrix minggu lepas. Dgn projek tiles di laman rumah minggu ni, due date utk fees Abim bagi setahun/half year minggu depan...dan oh saya berdoa sgt2 dapat bersalin normal tanpa sebarang komplikasi, yela kos c-sect sekarang ni tinggi menjulang!
Harap2 Allah terus menerus melapangkan rezeki kami sekeluarga amin :)

work from home
It can never be any better than to be able to stay online and work from home, not worrying about having to beat the traffic, to leave home early to catch the free parking, etc...ahh such a bliss!
By the way, my 39th pre-natal check up went smooth this morning, the baby is ok, weighed around 3.00kg++. Still not engaged, but my gynae says that does not indicate anything cause there are cases babies engaged few hours just before labor. Again she recalled about me and Firas sharing the same birth dates and how beautiful our dates was ( i just smiled :p). Then she asked whether i have any specific dates in mind (for this lil baby) and i quickly replied "No!". Please doc this time i dont want to be induced hihi...let it be natural yer! She offered me MC should i wanted to stay and rest at home, but me being a 'shy' person says 'takperla doc saya sihat lagi rasanya'. (Anyway my hubby was few minutes late to join the check up, and usually he was the one that asked mc on my behalf hoho).
To be honest, i still feel responsible to settle whatever works that are still pending, though works are still works and there can never be an end to it right? So i made a call to my bos, explain to him and nego with him whether i can just 'work from home' instead of taking mc....and taking into consideration the distance between menara tm-hospital an nur, my bos agreed yey!
So here i am, working online from my comfy sofa and just finished eating my 'crunch' ice cream.
Heaven kan? akakaka. But the only not good things about working from home is that you need to utilize your own h/p to make calls to your colleagues/vendors/etc...and that you have no access to the copying/fax machine. Other than that, semuanya best!
Anyway, i've sent the handover notes via email to my bos and pengganti, but she'll be only taking over once i deliver. She just came back from her maternity leave, and coincidently she also gave birth at An nur, also for her 3rd baby. We talked for nearly 1/2hr, and it was such a relieved to know that you're passing your job to someone that you can relied upon...lega rasa!

39th week
...and still i'm yet to feel any signs of pain, or labor.
I think i've tried my best to be as active as possible.
What with the gardening, outing to shopping mall, cooking..not to mention driving to the office and stuck in the traffic (like today i've spent almost 1.5hr in the car and arrived home past the maghrib time huhu).
Few colleagues of mine were quite surprised to see me in the office today. There is this one kakak said i look energetic and active like i'm not expecting something, except my bulging tummy is looking more obvious than usual. Another colleague asked when am i going to take mc since my edd is this coming Sunday, and when i replied i'm not sure either, he then said 'selamba je ko ni, aku tgk ko main ping pong pon macam still larat lagi!'
I made jokes with Semah & Ijah...if it happens that my waterbag broke at the office, i'll get Ijah to drive me over to An-Nur :p And Semah said, not Ijah please....nanti lagi panik (dan maybe sesat haha). It better be someone that is calm and can stay composed even under pressure, like hani ke...zarid ker....but come to think about it, huish sure malu giler kalau terjadi dekat ofis, habis tercalar image depan rakan2 sepejabat kan! hohoho
Whatever it is, let's see what my gynae says during tomorrow's check up.
Fret not, this lil baby is making his mama more anxious from day to day.
I've never experience natural birth before, as such those 'what if(s)' questions keep on popping up inside my head. What if air ketuban pecah, what if keluar tanda darah tapi tak sakit, what if sakit sikit2 tapi bearable...what if sakit and i'm stuck in the traffic jam....what if sakit tgh malam and hubby needs to drag the other 2 kiddos to the hospital as well and no one is there to accompany me in the labor room....ish byk lagikla 'what if' yg kufikirkan! Tu belum campur what if saya tak reti meneran macam time firas dulu?? aduiii susah betul bila soalan2 tu sumer berpusing2 di dlm kepala ni :p

piling up...
Went to a small family gathering at my brother's house today.
I ate non-stop - nasi beriyani, spaghetti bolognese, bubur jagung, bread pudding, agar2, muffin and not forgetting biskut raya!
Suddenly i noticed a scale behind one of the dining chairs. Stepped on it and wallahhh...it stopped exactly at 60kg. That means i piled up another 4kg within just 2 weeks...scary la pulak takut diabetic huhuhu hope my gynae will not nag about it :p
Anyway, i just refill my balang biskut raya for the 3rd times. Mind you no one has ever comes to our house yet, which means only me and hubby yg pulun the biscuits :) I guess that explains where parts of the 4 kg came from.......

Sweet Chat Cafe
We went out to Mines for tonight's dinner. As usual, our first spot will be the fish pond, letting the kids to feed all those huge cat fish.
Next shall be our main agenda - Sweet Chat Cafe that is!
tropical punch for us...
and ice chocolate with vanilla ice cream for the kids :) -rm8.90
I particularly wanted to dine in here just to have this - its famous durian pancake...a-must-try okeh! -rm7.90
and not forgetting this -scones paired with butter & strawberry jam. Also highly recommended! - rm6.90

It was quite surprising to find that we had actually bought these loads of stones years back when we first developed our 'laman'. Such a tiring job as i need to scrub the dirty stones one by one, lucky the 2 kiddos became my loyal helper :)

thanx to hubby yg sampai sakit pinggang mencangkul all those grass and trees.
The remaining uncleaned stones which i have no idea when we'll continue to clean... tengok pon dah penat, what more to start arghhh!! Not sure where to keep the stones later on...hubby said mane der org jual guni, ye ke? Anyone interested to buy the stones? we're more than happy to sell those at super-cheap price :)
Anyway, we've confirmed with this one mamat named Faizal to have the small area to be fully covered with tiles, he promised to do the job earliest by next Tuesday. We also requested him to 'cement' the remaining area behind our kitchen. Fees will be RM350 for the front laman and RM350 for the kitchen, quite reasonable la tuh. We bought the porch tiles at Sg Chua, RM2.20 per piece, pattern exactly the same as our existing, only that the color is slightly different probably due to different batch of production. When the porch is all-tiled, then only we can start scouting for some 'pokok pasu' and whatnots to add some color to the front 'laman' hehe. And as for the dapur, yes i am determined to 'plant' or 'buy' pokok cili, daun kari, serai, pandan, limau and whatever pokok that's easy to take care of. Jimat duit nak masak kari petik je daun kari dari belakang rumah :p
Well just to share some facts, yesterday i cooked nasi lemak and used pandan leaves taken from my umi's house few weeks back...surprisingly the pandan leaves is still ok, unlike the one that i bought from kedai runcit where after few days it got 'berkulat' already! So what does this tell you?

It's not actually petite since the waffle is big enough to be shared with the four of us, very thick, soft and fluffy inside. Topped with 4 different flavours, perfect enough to indulge your sweet tooth.

sotong bakar bercili
This is what we had for dinner tonight. Same version and recipe as the previous siakap bakar, only that this time i use squid.

Sedang org bersantai di rumah, atau keluar berjalan raya bersempena Hari Malaysia...kami semua cuma lepak di rumah, dan cuba memulakan projek laman kami.
Kenapa laman 2? Sebab projek laman 1 dah lama bermula dan berakhir, hasil dia dulu memangla sgt menarik, tapi disebabkan maintenance yg tinggi, dan memerlukan 'kerajinan' tahap dewa, maka laman kami yg dulunya indah, sekarang bertukar menjadi semak samun yg sangat sesak mata memandang! Masa beraya di Ampang minggu lepas, papa ku membebel buat sekian kalinya menyuruh kami membersihkan laman dan menjadikan ia 'sedap mata memandang'. Aku cuma memberikan alasan lemau ku...'takde masa, bz'...tapi nampak gaya papa ku dah tak boleh buy in with that same-old-lame-excuse anymore.
Maka 2 hari lepas, aku mulakan projek dengan menebas/membuang pokok2 yg dulunya cantik tetapi sekarang dah tumbuh tinggi dan sgt panjang hingga menyesakkan pemandangan. Slack tak ambil gambar sebelum dan selepas...kalau tidak sure korang dpt tengok perbezaan ketara. Terbongkok2 mak buyung dan anak2 teruna menebas pokok2 tu...sampaikan umi siap pesan, jgn keje renyah2 sgt, nnt terbersalin awal susah! Anyway umi dan papa ku tiada hingga hari sabtu, mereka pergi berholiday ke negara jiran, sebab tu umiku dah pesan suruh doa tunggu dia balik KL baru bersalin :p
Hari ni, cik abe pulak sambung buat kerja..ditemani anak2 yg setia dan nampaknya minat sungguh dgn hal2 berkaitan 'green project' nih :p Aku cuma tolong sekejap je, baru pindahkan batu sket bontot dan badan dah rasa lenguh and sakit. Akibatnya, lunch terus tak jadi masak sebab penat terlampau :p
Akhirnya semua pokok dan akar berjaya ditebas dan dibuang.
2 besen besar berisi batu. Rendam dlm clorox, nnt later kena 'gonyoh' kasik cun balik!
Perasan tak si kecik yg bergaya tanpa seluar tapi bertopi? style baru tuh :)
Rumput yg masih belum ditebas
Plan kami, kali ni nak buang semua rumput dan pokok, dan tiles kan kesemua bahagian yg ada dlm 3 kaki lebih lebarnya. Disekeliling pond, akan diletakkan kembali 'railway sleepers' dan batu2 putih yg akan dicuci. Pokok2 akan ditanam dalam pasu, no more planting on the ground yer. Jadi esok kami plan untuk pergi mencari tiles, 'shelek' kan kembali railway sleepers yg sudah worn out, dan buatlah apa yg patut. Kalau orang datang beraya, harus pengsan depa tengok rumah kami yg semak samun & comot nih :p

Terbongkok2 mak buyung dan anak2 teruna menebas pokok2 tu...sampaikan umi siap pesan, jgn keje renyah2 sgt, nnt terbersalin awal susah! Anyway umi dan papa ku tiada hingga hari sabtu, mereka pergi berholiday ke negara jiran, sebab tu umiku dah pesan suruh doa tunggu dia balik KL baru bersalin :p
Hari ni, cik abe pulak sambung buat kerja..ditemani anak2 yg setia dan nampaknya minat sungguh dgn hal2 berkaitan 'green project' nih :p Aku cuma tolong sekejap je, baru pindahkan batu sket bontot dan badan dah rasa lenguh and sakit. Akibatnya, lunch terus tak jadi masak sebab penat terlampau :p
Akhirnya semua pokok dan akar berjaya ditebas dan dibuang.
2 besen besar berisi batu. Rendam dlm clorox, nnt later kena 'gonyoh' kasik cun balik!
Perasan tak si kecik yg bergaya tanpa seluar tapi bertopi? style baru tuh :)
Rumput yg masih belum ditebas
Plan kami, kali ni nak buang semua rumput dan pokok, dan tiles kan kesemua bahagian yg ada dlm 3 kaki lebih lebarnya. Disekeliling pond, akan diletakkan kembali 'railway sleepers' dan batu2 putih yg akan dicuci. Pokok2 akan ditanam dalam pasu, no more planting on the ground yer. Jadi esok kami plan untuk pergi mencari tiles, 'shelek' kan kembali railway sleepers yg sudah worn out, dan buatlah apa yg patut. Kalau orang datang beraya, harus pengsan depa tengok rumah kami yg semak samun & comot nih :p
Later saya akan updatekan bila projek dah complete ok! :)

kuih tradisional
Ada seorang sahabat menegur saya di FB...katanya saya asyik buat kuih moden sajerk, dahlah ongkosnya mahal, tekak omputih pulak tu :p
Kebetulan saya pulang ke kedah 3 hari sebelum raya...dan memandangkan MIL memang seorang yg suke membuat kuih sebab anak2 dia suke makan kuih, maka saya tak melepaskan peluang utk belajar buat kuih tradisional. Sepanjang berada di kedah, saya blajar buat kuih montok, cur badak, cek mek molek dan kuih keria. Kesemua kuih yg saya sebut tadi menggunakan base yg sama iaitu ubi keledek, isinya sajer yg lain. Kuih montok isi dalam dia macam karipap (boleh letak daging, kentang, carrot, ayam, etc), cek mek molek isi dalam dia gula, cur badak isi dia kelapa parut, cili kering, udang hidup, udang kering, serai, & bawang dan keria pula...ahh takkan korang tak kenal kot kan? hehehe
Apa yg boleh saya simpulkan, kuih tradisional ni memangla kos dia murah. Tapi dia punya steps tu mak aii punyala banyak...sangat meletihkan! Bermula dengan mengupas ubi keledek, kemudian dipotong kecil2 dan direbus bersama garam. Diikuti dengan proses 'mash' atau melenyekkan keledek tadi sehingga hancur, dan dicampur dgn tepung gandum sebelum dibentukkan bulat2 atau bujur...dan dibubuh isi dalamnya. Kemudian akhir sekali digoreng sehingga masak. Kalau kes kuih montok & cur badak tu, isi dalam dia kena masak dulu siap2.
Kalau keria, lepas digoreng, kena cairkan gula+air utk disalut pada keria yg siap digoreng tadi.

Kalau tak silap di kedah 3 hari berturut-turut mak, saya dan SIL buat kuih2 ni. Kebetulan idlan dan cousin dia Haikal mmg hantu kuih keria, uishh ape lagi tok wan terus beli ubi keledek dekat 7kg bila tahu cucu2 dia suke makan keria! Balik di KL, 3 hari berturut2 juga saya buatkan keria utk idlan & cek mek molek utk diri sendiri :) Berbaloi buat, sebab idlan sekali makan adala dekat 6-7 ketul.
Memang letih nak membuat dari A-Z, tapi kalau nak senang buat banyak2 dan simpan dlm freezer. Senang bila dah frozen, tinggal nak goreng jer bila rasa nak ngap!
Ni kuih tradisional kedua yg saya pernah buat selain karipap.
So what's next? :p

siakap bakar bercili
Daripada sweet sour, akhirnya siakap ni bertukar jadi siakap bakar bercili plaks :)
My 'bestest' cooking for iftar i'd say....first time try, menjadi and sedap! Cik abe pun puji dan amat berselera sekali mkn....so here goes the recipe eh :)
Siakap bakar bercili version Yatipruzz
Bhn2:
bwg besar - 2 labu
serai - 2 batang
halia - 1 inch
belacan
asam jawa
garam
gula
cili kering
1. Semua bhn2 di atas blend. Dan kemudian dimasak hingga agak2 kering.
2. Ikan diperap dgn kunyit & garam. Then lumurkan separuh bhn2 blend tadi ke atas ikan and bakar. Saya bakar 15min atas pan, then bukak foil dan lumurkan the remaining bhn2 perap tadi atas ikan. Then sambung bakar dlm oven for 20-25min (depends pd oven) sampai ikan masak.
Kalau nak bakar terus dlm oven pun boleh...no problemo...saya saja nak test masak atas pan nak kasik kulit dia garing :p
Kalau version mak pruzz, dia bubuh skali sedikit santan, daun ketumbar & jintan manis. Tapi biasalah kat rumah saya bhn2 pelik tu takde, so i just make do with whatever bhn yg ade dlm fridge.
Lumurkan bhn2 perap ke atas ikan.
Cover and seal properly with aluminium foil.
Husband kata kalo ade ikan pari lagi syiok!
I guess this shall be my final post for Ramadhan. Insya Allah esok kami akan pulang ke Junjung Kedah.
Makan jgn over2 yer....semlm baca dlm paper makanan yg paling high cholesterol time Syawal nanti pastinya rendang, ketupat, lemang, dodol, dan bermacam lagi termasuklah biskut raya yg rata2 contains butter/marjerin! Makan byk, tapi exercise sikit...jadi sudah pasti lemak itu akan terkumpul di saluran darah dan membahayakan kesihatan.

the noon ramblings...
Dua beradik solat bersama-sama.....:)
Tengah hari ni perut terasa lapar plaks. Sahur tadi mkn sosej bun seketul je....tu sbb perut berbunyi-bunyi ni kots :p
Tapi tgh mlm tadi dah pulun durian pancake n brownies 2-3 ketul...isk isk.
Now terbayang-bayang durian pancake and scones Sweet Chat Cafe tuh.
Not to mention its creamy licious ice chocolate topped with vanilla ice cream...dusss heaven seh.
Before bersalin nanti harus ku terjah lagi!!!
Marble choc cheese brownies
resepi source internet (tp dah lupa kat maner..lama dah tersimpan dlm drawer)
Bhn2:
250g butter
1 cwn serbuk koko
3 biji telur - B
1 1/2 cwn gula castor
1/2 cwn susu cair
1 1/2 cwn tepung gandum - ayak dgn BP and SB
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda bika
1 tsp esen vanilla
cara:
1. cairkan butter. masukkan serbuk koko and kacau rata.
2. handwhisk gula and telur. masukkan ke dlm adunan butter tadi. kacau sebati.
3. masukkan susu cair and kacau sebati.
4. masukkan tepung+BP+SB sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau sebati. last, masuk esen vanilla.
5. Guna loyang 10' x 10'. tuang adunan brownies and bakar at 180 celcius for 40-50min (depends pd oven memasing). tinggalkan sket brownies tadi utk buat marble atas lapisan cheese nanti.
lapisan cheese:
250g cream cheese
65g gula castor
1 biji telur - B
1. pukul cream cheese sampai gebu.
2. masukkan gula..pukul lagi sampai sebati.
3. masukkan telur..pukul sampai sebati.
* after 40-50min keluarkan brownies dr oeven. tuang adunan cheese dan ratakan. buat marble atas lapisan tu. bakar semula dlm oven for 15-30min (depends pd oven) sehingga cheese masak. Biar sejuk before potong.

biskut quaker oats
Biskut Quaker Oats (resepi Mak)
6 cwn oats (saya guna 4 cwn jer)
3 cwn butter
1 3/4 cwn gula halus
1 TBS baking powder - sifted
2 biji telur kuning
2 cwn tepung - sifted
1/2 cwn tepung jagung - sifted
2 cwn dessicated coconut
1 tsp esen vanilla
cream butter & sugar. add eggs & vanilla. add in baking powder, flour, corn flour. Mix with oats & coconut. Lenyekkan dough to 1/4 inch and terap. Sprinkle with choc rice/chips/manik, anything to your likings on top. Bake 180 celcius for 20-25 minutes.
* Kali ni ntah kenapa adunan saya terlembik...maybe tersalah sukat kot sbb mamai. Oats pulak ade 2 cwn je, so apa saya buat...saya tambah tepung jagung, tepung..lebihkan dessicated coconut and tambah nestum. Hasil dia....sedap & bertambah rangup!! Mungkin sbb ada extra tepung jagung tuh la :) So tips dia, kalau adunan anda terlembut, tambah tepung jagung & bhn2 kering tu ok!

dugaan santan lagik!
Kelmarin saya diduga lagi sekali. Sampai rumah jam 5.30pm, lepas solat asar terus ke dapur. Plan nak masak ayam lemak cili padi+sayur goreng+telur dadar. Jam 6.15pm, terpaksa stop masak kejap utk amik kekanak dekat nursery, memandangkan hubby habis kelas jam 7pm ptg tu. Lepas amik kekanak, masuk kitchen balik...startla masak ayam tu. Saya bau santan yg baru dibeli hari sebelumnya di kedai runcit, bau ok. Tapi bila dah masak santan tuh, saya nampak dia berketul2, dan keluar aroma yg kurang menyenangkan. Ish tak sedap hati rasanya...maka saya pon buang la kuah tu (ayam belum dimasukkan lagi). Jadi terpaksala last minute goreng ayam, dan lauk bertukar jadi ayam masak merah. Isk terkilan sungguh dan sungguh membuang masa saya. Jam 7.15pm baru selesai masak & kemas dapur. Mujurlah kanak2 leka bermain dlm rumah dgn kawan2 idlan....so takdela mengganggu mama di dapur sgt.
Penat sungguh rasa malam tadi, dan geram punya pasal, hari ni saya boikot malas masak! hehe sebenarnya beras dah nak habis (puasa ni 5kg beras kami berjaya habiskan..rekod nih!). Jadi hari ni memandangkan husband akan sampai rumah lambat lagi (macam kelmarin 7.30pm baru dia sampai), saya dah plan nak beli KFC dekat drive-thru Sg Besi. Husband ngan idlan ok je, diorang pun dah boring makan nasi :p Ptg ni mama boleh drive dgn tenang, takdela speeding and terkejar2 nak sampai ke rumah :) Kalau tgk gaya mama speeding and potong queue, sure org tak sangka dlm kereta tu mak buyung yg drive kihkih

bread pudding
Kali ni nak kasik kelainan sket kita drizzle kan Hershey's chocolate syrup atas pudding tuh...hasil dia....wahhh yummylicious tapi manis la. Waa puasa ni asyik makan benda2 manis jer...mintak2 baby nanti bila kluar muka dia manis :p
Bread Pudding
7-8 keping roti - ada org rendam dlm air suam, saya tak rendam pun
1/3 cwn gula
1/2 tin susu cair - slalu saya lebihkan, kalau nak texture lg lembut
1/2 cwn air
2 biji telur
1tsp esen vanilla
6 tbp gula - utk buat gula hangus
the action:
1. Pukul telur & gula sampai kembang. Masukkan susu cair, air & vanilla. Last masukkan roti. Kacau rata and tenggelamkan roti tuh.
2. Buat gula hangus atas loyang- api make sure slow je. Lepas gula dah keras n sejuk, tuangkan adunan no 1 tadi.
3. Boleh bubuh raisin, almond, fruits or any toppings to your liking.
4. Cover mould with aluminium foil, steam for 25-30 min.
